ABOUT BRAXTON HAUGEN: Braxton Haugen is an American filmmaker, short-story writer, artist, and YouTuber. He was born in Springfield, Oregon, in 2000 and began filmmaking early in life. He attended the University of Oregon to study journalism but left after a year when they were not teaching what he wanted to learn. His two volumes of short films, The Home Movies, produced as a teenager, were official selections at Long Story Short International Film Festival, Short to the Point and Bend Film, where he received the Future Filmmaker award. In 2022 Haugen moved to Los Angeles, where he collaborated with Van Neistat on The Spirited Man. His first collection of stories, From Los Angeles With Love, was published on TikTok and was followed by the anthology STUDIES_ in early 2023, released on YouTube.
